Cooking Birthday Parties
- Ages 3-5: Mommy/Daddy and Me.
We help to create an opportunity for you to bond with your child while allowing your friends to do the same.
- Ages 6 and above: children work with an instructor
(additional supervision may be needed.)
- Teens: Please see our Teen Page for pricing and the ideal number of students
- Cooking Party Duration: The cooking portion of our party will last between 1 and 1 1/2 hours.
- Location: Our cooking birthday parties take place in the comfort of your own home.
- Don't worry about the mess! We are there to help.
- Don't fret if your kitchen isn't very big. We are quite flexible! All we need is a large work surface with access to a sink, microwave and oven.
- We can work at a table in the back yard, at the dining room table or anywhere else you feel is appropriate!
- We can also combine several tables if you don't have a single large one.

We Provide:
- Ingredients: we will cook the meal for our party!
- Quality cooking tools
- Staff Member who sets up and supervises age appropriate activities
- If you would like to pre-order cooking-related invitations, party favors or gifts, please let us know at least two weeks in advance.
You Provide:
- Birthday Parties at the Pickleweed Park Community Center: WE provide utensils and beverages!
- Plates, cups, napkins, utensils
- Birthday Cake (Not Required; we can make one "treat" with our meal.)
- Beverages
- Any decorations you wish to provide (balloons, streamers etc.)
Prices:
- Our base fee is $350, and includes 7 children
- Each child thereafter is an additional $25
- Maximum number of children is negotiable and depends on the space and number of adults available for supervision. Typically, we do not recommend having more than 10 students.

- A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your reservation, and will be applied to your total cost. Once you reserve your class date, you will be asked to make your deposit online.
- Please reserve the date for your cooking birthday party at least 6-8 weeks in advance, if possible.
- If our travel time is over 35 minutes each way, an additional travel fee will be added to the cost of your event. Contact Michelle for details.

Invitations and Party Favors!
If you would like to order fun and practical cooking-related invitations and party favors or gifts, please contact us at least two weeks prior to your event. Any of these items would make wonderful keepsakes, either alone or paired with others.

We had a wonderful time at Anya's birthday party thanks to your staff. The staff made it fun and exciting for 5 year olds and the little girls were attentive beyond what I had anticipated. The fun of cooking, eating , and cup cake decorating was a real hit. What I found interesting, was the Mom's where taken aback by the idea of 5 year old cooking and having that much fun. I think the Mom's got the idea that cooking at home together could be a really fun thing for the family, not just work in getting meals on the table.
