Depending on the length of our class, our fee ranges from $200-$300. Our class fee includes an informational handout with recipes. An additional travel fee will be added if our travel time to your venue exceeds 30 minutes. -----------------------------------------------------------------Sugar Blues
Our Sugar Blues talk is offered by Maya Paul, a What's Cooking Independent Consultant. Maya received her Holistic Health Counseling training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), in New York City. This program integrates all the different dietary theories combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.
