Depending on the length of our class, our fee ranges from $150-$300. Our class fee includes an informational handout with recipes. An additional travel fee will be added if our travel time to your venue exceeds 30 minutes. -----------------------------------------------------------------Hands-On Cooking Workshops for ParentsAre you in a meal-planning rut? Invite some friends over to your home for an interactive and educational cooking workshop. We will share some simple cooking techniques and recipes that your family will enjoy. We will also demonstrate some kitchen tools that can be used safely by kids in the kitchen. There is a $50 fee/person for this class.

Maya received her Holistic Health Counseling training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), in New York City. This program integrates all the different dietary theoriesm combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.Suffering from the Sugar Blues?
