Teen Classes
In her experience as a high school teacher, Michelle found that
her students frequently wanted more independence in the kitchen,
but lacked experience and confidence. She now offers classes
for teens and loves being able to interact with this age group again! In
these workshops, each student will have an instrumental role in both
the planning and preparation of our meal.

“Hi
my name is Tommy Lee Freeman
- I was one of the great and handsome learners in
your cooking class. In
my opinion, you’re a great cooking facilitator, which benefits
my cooking skills, and my future as a chef.
It was an honor to be able to participate in your
class.”

“My
name is Kendra McDonald and I really enjoyed making dishes that
I never thought I would make because I don’t like to cook.
I really think that you are a great facilitator Michelle
and I would love to come back and make more dishes.”
